Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analysis the employment policy and labor market for the disabled in Busan Metropolitan city. This study used the Data from Busan city and the Busan Social Welfare Development institute. And we analyzed the panel data of employment for the disabled, the survey on the employment conditions of the disabled in the business sector and the population and housing census. The policy solutions from this study are as follows. The first solution is the creation of job for elderly people in public sectors. The second is to expand informational and spatial accessibility for the disabled. The third is to entry the disabled into new growth field. The last solution is to establish local disabled employment network.
