Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the skills contest for people with disabilities and to suggest improvements. There are 6 indicators including relevance, equity, efficiency, effectiveness, utility, sustainability in the evaluation system. The methodologies used in the study were literature overview, empirical methods(propensity score matching). The evaluation stages were consisted of planning, execution, performance and feedback.
As a result of the evaluation, the contest was evaluated to be positive for the employment maintenance and improvement of the awareness of the disabled. Based on the results of the portfolio analysis, it is necessary to reflect the improvement factors in future projects.
Finally, based on the evaluation results, suggestions for the development of the project were presented.
